🛒 Ordering

How do I place an order? +
Pick your product, configure your size, shape, finish, and quantity, upload your file, and add to cart. Checkout takes a couple of minutes. We'll send a proof to approve before anything goes to print.
What's the minimum order quantity? +
Our minimum is 25 units for most products. Sticker sheets start at 10 sheets. If you only need a handful, the sample pack might be the right starting point.
Can I order a sample before a big run? +
Yes — we offer a $9.99 sample pack that includes examples of all our main materials. The $9.99 is credited toward your first real order. Order a sample here →
How does pricing work? +
Pricing is calculated based on size, quantity, and material. The per-unit price drops as quantity increases — you can see live pricing on every product page as you configure your order.
Can I reorder a past design? +
Yes — if you have an account, your past orders are saved and can be reordered in one click from your order history. Log in to your account →

🎨 Files & Design

What file formats do you accept? +
We accept PNG, PDF, AI, SVG, EPS, and PSD. For the cleanest output, vector formats (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF) are best. If you only have a PNG, make sure it's at least 300 DPI at the size you want printed.
Do I need to add bleed to my file? +
For die-cut stickers, we handle bleed automatically based on your design. For rectangle and square stickers, we recommend 1/8" bleed on each side. When in doubt, just upload what you have and we'll flag anything that needs adjustment in the proof.
What if I don't have a design ready? +
We offer logo design services if you need to build from scratch. Check out our logo design service → Alternatively, contact us and we can point you to some free tools.
What is a digital proof and when do I get it? +
After you place your order, we prepare a digital mockup showing exactly how your sticker will look when printed — including cut lines and any color adjustments. You'll receive it by email within a few hours. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.
Can I make changes after ordering? +
Yes — you can request changes during the proof review stage. Once you approve the proof, the order goes to production and changes are no longer possible, so take your time with the review.

How long does production take? +
Most orders are produced within 24–48 hours of proof approval. During busy periods this can stretch to 3 business days. Rush production is available on request — contact us before ordering.
Do you ship internationally? +
We currently ship within the US only. International shipping is something we're working toward — sign up to our list to be notified when it's available.
Will I get a tracking number? +
Yes — you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track directly from your account page.

🏷️ Quality

Are the stickers actually waterproof? +
Yes. Our vinyl stickers are fully waterproof and designed for outdoor use. They're UV-resistant, scratch-resistant, and won't peel or fade under normal conditions for 3–5 years.
What kind of printer do you use? +
We use professional wide-format printers with UV-resistant inks. All production happens in our US facility — nothing is outsourced to overseas printers.
Will my colors look exactly like the file? +
We print in CMYK, so if your file is in RGB there can be minor color shifts — particularly with very saturated or neon colors. We flag this in the proof stage. For brand-critical colors, we recommend providing a CMYK-converted file.

🔄 Returns & Issues

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong? +
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and we'll make it right — either a reprint or a refund, your choice. We stand behind every order we ship.
Can I return or cancel an order? +
Custom printed products can't be returned unless there's a quality issue on our end. You can cancel an order before the proof is approved for a full refund. After approval, the order is in production and can't be cancelled.

Do I need an account to order? +
No — you can check out as a guest. But creating a free account lets you track orders, reorder past designs, and save your settings.
